With nearly a decade of experience in the IT industry, I have now transitioned to pursuing my passion for writing. My journey began with a Master of Science in Computer Science in 2015, after which I started working as an IT professional. Writing has always been a significant part of my life, with roots tracing back to my school days. While my professional endeavors keep me busy, I find solace and joy in writing. Many of my pieces are heartfelt dedications to my parents and husband, treasured as personal expressions of love and creativity.

Writing has always been a significant part of my life, with roots tracing back to my school days. While my professional endeavors keep me busy, I find solace and joy in writing. Many of my pieces are heartfelt dedications to my parents and husband, treasured as personal expressions of love and creativity.

Since this is my first novel, I don’t have previous books, articles, or notable publications to reference. However, my lifelong passion for writing and storytelling has been a driving force behind this novel.

I was born in Nanded, Maharashtra, but raised in Hyderabad, India. Growing up in a joint family, I had a happy and nurturing childhood. My parents always provided a safe and secure environment, and despite living in a conservative society, they supported all my decisions. I lived in the USA for about six years before moving to Canada in 2020. Currently, I reside in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. I have a passion for dance, gardening, and watching movies, which bring joy and relaxation to my life.

The COVID-19 pandemic made everyone pause and reflect on what truly matters and what brings us joy. For me, 2021 was a year of self-discovery. During this time, I realized my passion for writing. With life slowing down, I found the space to delve into my creative side, which led me to start this novel. The journey of exploring my thoughts and stories has been incredibly fulfilling, driving my passion for the subject matter and inspiring me to share it with others.

Although this is my first novel and I have yet to receive any awards in writing, I have been recognized for my professional achievements. I was honored with the ‘Employee Excellence Award 2017-2018’ by Wolfnet Technologies, which highlights my dedication and excellence in my career. This recognition underscores my commitment to high standards and quality work, traits that I bring to my writing as well.
When I was 14, my English teacher, recognizing the creativity in my essays and thoughts, suggested I consider a career in writing. While I was a bright student excelling in Math and Science, and everyone around me was guiding me toward a career in engineering or medicine, she was the only person who saw my true talent. She realized my potential before I even discovered my passion for writing.

I share many similarities with the main character of my novel. The shy and reserved nature of the protagonist mirrors how I was 13 years ago. Although I’ve grown and am no longer as innocent, looking back, I see myself in the main lead during my late teens. The character’s experiences are inspired by my own life when I was 18-19 years old. Some events in the story are drawn from my actual college life, including the time when I first met my husband. This personal connection adds depth and authenticity to the narrative, making it a reflection of my own journey.
